Spending time with the family

Everyone knows our family LOVES comedy. (after all, we have two boys...) Dean surprised us all by getting tickets to one of our all time favs, Brian Regan. The concert is tonight, open air, bring a blanket. Brian Regan comedy is SOOO funny (and clean). The kids know all his stuff by heart. We'll let you know how it goes...take luck!

Wow, what a neat surprise. That will really be fun.
Now that I can post I need to get caught up. The pictures are great. I especially like the night vision shot with the plane in the background. Its neat that Dean got home early and surprised you guys.
The boys are getting so big and its fun to learn about the things they are doing. I'm so glad that Sam is in the Scouting program. Scouting was a real highlight in my early years. We had the greatest scout leaders I have ever seen in any program. We never went on vacations as a family so my annual scout camp was wonderful. I loved working on the merit badges and I got my Eagle as soon as I could. I went to the Boy Scout Jamboree in Colorado Springs in 1960. I got to see President Eisenhower. He drove by in a convertible about 60 miles an hour. (When I was in England I got to see the Queen. She drove by in her Royal Land Rover about 80 miles an hour). Anyway, good luck to Sam. I hope he enjoys Scouting as much as I did.
Ben looks like he should be a football player. I hope he still enjoys fishing.
Your home is looking great. I know what a big effort that is but you will sure enjoy it when its all done.
Now about all those crazies that live in the North West. Don't let them get to you. I still believe in baseball, hot dogs, apple pie and chevrolets. I believe the U.S. military has kept this country safe since the day I was born. Liberals could be the downfall of this great Nation.
Enough of that, I better get to work. Love you guys.

I am excited to hear how the Brian Reagen concert goes. I also have to warn you, although i recommended askaninja, on second thought although it is clean (no cusswords) and it is all comedy based, it does refer to a lot of ninja violence so maybe too old for the boys.

Sam & Ben,

I am glad to hear that you both approve of Ask a Ninja!!! I hope the same can be said of your parents (wink). I totally agree with you on Ninja vs. Crazy People, that is one of the best ones ever! In fact I am going to add it to the list of my favorites at the bottom of my blog. Thus you will see that my favorites are:

1. Minjas
2. Ninja & Crazy People
3. Deciding like a Ninja: Ninjas vs. Samurais
4. BBQ
4. Omnibus
